Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager, working for a British firm within the professional services sector based at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The Office Manager will support the Managing Partner in the successful running of the Dubai Office, coordinating with their Head Offices in the UK.
This position will cover the overall operations and management of the office. The role will include; Office Management, IT & facilities management, compliance, dealing with suppliers, budgeting, cash management, petty cash, billings and collections, expenses, payroll, HR administration, PRO liaison, licence renewal & CPD training.
Requirements
In this position you will need to be able to handle a versatile and varied role, an excellent multi-tasker able to wear many different hats. The ability to trouble shoot, bring solutions to problems, think on your feet and be diligent to follow protocal and procedure at all times.
You must have Office Management experience working in Dubai, specifically within the DIFC and have knowledge of DIFC processes relating to licences and visas. You must also have experience of finance and HR administration. An added bonus would be experience of DFSA and Legal Affairs.
