Employment: Full Time

Global digital client looking to hire an Office Manager for the Dubai operations.

Duties will include:
Overall management of the office supplies
• Business management - managing the visa set-up, license renewal and finance
• Paying the office utility bills and others as required
• Assisting the sales team and managing the revenue collection from clients
• Manage the new employees' onboarding process and holiday requests
• Sending out a minimum of 5 proposals weekly

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' office management/administration experience
• Experience in visa application process
• Must have experience in visa renewal and invoice management
• Must have UAE experience, excellent communication skills
