Job description / Role
Our client, an investment company is looking for an Office Manager to join their Dubai office.
Responsibilities: This role is a generalist office management position. You will be the backbone of the office and ensure that it functions effectively. You will be responsible for office management, admin, HR, accounts and payroll and overall team support. You will be able to prioritise a demanding workload and will be flexible in terms of work hours as required.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2-3 years work experience in the UAE in a similar hands on all encompassing position. This is a demanding role and is best suited to someone who is a team player and committed to helping the company they work for grow. You will be calm under pressure, able to multitask and confident enough to manage demanding colleagues.
