Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. If you have great problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure and strong work ethic, we will be interested in speaking with you!

Job responsibilities:

• Use a range of office software and ERP system, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Manage online and paper filing systems
• Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
• Record office expenditure and manage the budget
• Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
• Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction
• Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output
• Implement and promote equality and diversity policy
• Write reports for senior management

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:


• Over 5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team
• The ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
