Our client is seeking a dynamic Office Manager for their prestigious JLT office. Working closely with the DMCC authorities, you will ensure operational effectiveness and support the continued growth of the business both in the UAE and wider GCC.
We are now seeking an Office Manager to join them to represent the corporate, high end image of the brand so a polished, professional look is extremely important. The incumbent will be the first port of call for clients and external consultants for all operational, HR and administrative issues for the office. This role is multi-faceted which will require a self-motivated and organized individual and it will involve planning and supervising all administrative functions, including operations management, identifying compliance issues and strategic planning and development, continuously ensuring organizational effectiveness.
Key aspects of the role will focus on organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, responsibility for developing intra-office communication protocols, streaming administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. Additionally, all the day to day administration requirements, supplier agreements, liaision with DMCC authorities and all the administration support for the Executive Team.

Excellent administrative ability and full proficiency in MS Office coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards is required. We are seeking candidates with strong proactivity, strictest levels of confidentiality, good organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
We are seeking candidates with at least two years of UAE based experience in a similar role and those candidates who have worked within the DMCC will be at a distinct advantage.
