Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international Aviation corporation who is looking to hire a proven Office Manager.

For this Fixed Term Contract, it is absolutely crucial that you have had prior experience of managing an office fit-out in comprehensive detail. In addition to standard administrative duties, you shall be expected to work closely with other global offices to ensure that all employee records are correct, recruitment needs are covered and that annual reviews and reports are completed within deadline. You will manage all vendors and third party agreements, re-negotiating costs and managing renewals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should already be living in Dubai, be immediately available and ideally possess UAE working experience at this level. You should have at least 3 years’ experience gained within a professional services, financial services, legal or banking environment. Your standard of written and spoken English should be immaculate and given this requirement, you should be a native English speaker. The office is in an enviable location with the metro and various restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
