Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading global tech company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist with their newly established regional office. The company has recently set-up an office in Tecom and require support from daily administrative duties, office and organizational support as well as working closely with the directors.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Daily administrative duties
• Facilities and maintenance management
• Payment of utilities and other office essentials
• Establishing and managing supplier relationships for office operations
• Managing all accountancy paperwork for coordination with registered 3rd party accountancy company
• Diary and travel management
• PRO Support
• Order preparation and invoice management
• Customer and client follow up
• Management of in-house systems

Requirements

Previous skills and experience:

• English and with Turkish or Arabic (both would be a huge plus)
• Previous knowledge of working with a Tecom company – thus familiar with Tecom processes etc
• Solid experience in Office Management (3+ years experience)
• Excellent communication skills
• Go above and beyond expectations
• Very professional, organized and efficient.
