A newly established branch of a large European company is looking for an Office Support Administrator for their JLT location.
- Regular cleaning of the office.
- Assistance with beverages and reception of invitees with occasion of meetings in our offices.
- Collect/deliver documents and accomplish basic PRO tasks.
- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors
- College Degree is highly desirable
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Holding a UAE Drivers license is a must
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 3,400 AED per month
- Free medical insurance and visa
- Excellent work environment
