Offshore Installation Supervisor

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading oil and gas exploration and production company who ate based in the UAE we are looking to recruit a Offshore Installation Supervisor.

Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production and operation of process equipment and intervention visits to NUI's which have separation systems or are equipped with additional equipment such as gas generators and gas compresses. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health and welfare of all employees and contractors working under your control and ensure continued integrity and efficiency of plant equipment ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the integrated plan and safety standards as per SOP's

Requirements

The successful candidate must have  a 3 year Diploma or apprenticeship in production, chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering with 5 years oil and gas field experience in maintenance or operations of which 3 years are in a supervisory position, have a thorough understanding of operations safety case requirements, statutory requirements and safe systems of work including the PTW, isolation procedures and risk assessment
