Overview of the role:

The role will deliver profitability of C&H (Clothing & Home) and Food marketplaces and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Ecommerce marketplaces in compliance with the brand's policies, guidelines, procedures, and standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to end growth strategy for eCommerce (brand.com & marketplaces), including developing promotional strategy and trading calendar to deliver on financial targets. This person will manage all product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions directly with the respective partners. The individual needs to establish, maintain and foster strong relationships with the brand's retail teams, third parties and marketplaces, and will be the key contact and liaison between Digital team, retail teams, key stakeholders, partners and suppliers.

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:
- Deliver on profitability for third party accounts to drive financial targets across marketplaces.
- Foster and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external third parties to grow sales in line with the brand's business objectives.
- Manage online & offline operations across all third-party relationships across C&H and Foods.
- In charge of planning and managing the trade calendar and onsite execution which promote the brand, products, and services across each platform.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize trade on each marketplace and/or .com sites.
- Work with Content Executive to create and plan monthly content assets where necessary.
- Collaborate with Buying and Retail teams on product listings, promotional opportunities, inventory updates, orders and pricing updates.
- Creating, optimizing, and maintaining digital platforms and stock availability to efficiently trade. - Monitor inventory levels and review stock accuracy to determine the need for stock.
- Commercial and trading reporting of each platform to the team, stakeholders & business.
- Coach and mentor the junior members within the Digital team to increase their knowledge of Ecommerce and provide support where required.

Requirements

Required Skills to be successful:
- Experience in ecommerce and digital trade, commercial, ownership and the daily management of dgital operations.
- Trading digital platforms and data analytical tools
- Monitoring performance through reporting analysis.
- Ability to recognise new opportunities in a retail environment to drive sales.

What equips you for the role:
- Diploma (Degree Preferred) in Business/Marketing/Digital
- 3-6 years' experience in similar field
- Have a good business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven track record of meeting multiple deadlines in one time.
- Strong working knowledge in Word, Excel, Power-Point.
- Ability to speak, work with and present to large and diverse audiences
