Job description / Role
- Responsible for the daily operations of the e-commerce stores/platforms including order processing, fulfillment, and customer relations.
- Coordinating with courier companies as well as third-party appointed shipping companies for close out of online orders.
- Managing and implementing ads, social media campaigns, and sponsored posts through social media platforms.
- Updating all e-commerce stores/platforms and managing website content such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, size chart, visual images, and product descriptions.
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar job profile.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to interact successfully both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce stores/platforms.
- Experience in WordPress or similar website content management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw / Photoshop / Indesign.
