Job Summary:
Your primary goal is to drive sales of our ISOOnline certification services to businesses, operating from our office. This role demands a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

You'll actively engage potential clients through various channels, leveraging persuasive techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of our ISOOnline products. Success in this position is measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives. By demonstrating strong sales acumen and tenacity.

Your achievements in surpassing sales targets and cultivating profitable client relationships will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Solution Development:
• Develop innovative sales strategies and solutions to effectively promote ISO certificates through our online platform.

Sales Targets:
• The Employee is expected to exceed monthly sales targets set by the Employer. Failure to meet targets may impact commission earnings and continued employment.

CRM Management:
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed information on leads, prospects, and existing clients.

Industry Knowledge:
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and standards related to ISO certification.

Customer Research:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets for ISO certification services.

Upselling and Cross-selling:
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional certificates and cross-sell to new clients.

Profit Optimization:
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts.

Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve revenue targets.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: supplemented by A Generous commission structure based on sales performance.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in ISO Certification Sales & telesales, outbound sales, or customer service roles is required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and convey information persuasively over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
