Online Store Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational consumer company in the Middle East. They are currently looking for a dynamic Online Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.

As the Online Store Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Managing a team of Online Promoters and ensure that KPIs are met at all times;
* Closely work with eCommerce Team in developing, managing and improving online stores;
* Supporting the Sales Team with regards to demand forecast;
* Ensuring stability of eCommerce functionalities on the online store;
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to effectively manage eCommerce related functions.

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Online Store Manager)

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any other related field;
* 5+ years' experience in eCommerce and Sales specifically in Electronics;
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology;
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
