Operation Manager - Readymix Concrete

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to join our team in the Readymix Concrete industry in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete products. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the overall operations of the Readymix Concrete plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, drivers, and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any operational hazards or issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet production targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous operational enhancements.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness and maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to support operational activities and compliance with industry standards.

- Proven experience in operations management within the Readymix Concrete industry, with a strong track record of driving operational performance and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in operations management or supply chain will be a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing workforce.
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and logistics operations, with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to make data-driven decisions for operational improvements.
- Proficiency in utilizing operational management software, ERP systems, and other digital tools to streamline processes, analyze data, and enhance operational visibility.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Readymix Concrete production and distribution in the Dubai market.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as Operation Manager in Readymix Industry
