Job description / Role
The role is part of professional services and technology team. The candidate will be responsible to collect data, analyze performance and generate reports on all aspects relevant to the performance of the team. The candidate will perform some vendor management and business operations activities.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensures internal processes match the business/technology needs.
• Support deployment of process templates.
• Analyze organizational operating practices or procedures.
• Ensure project governance from a point of view of overall budget, resource utilization, benefits measurement and risk/ issue management.
• Produce/ contribute to project and program reports.
• Perform automation on data collection and reporting
• Work with 3rd party vendors (software/hardware) for purchasing area and work directly with the vendor.
• This person will work closely with suppliers and internal users to facilitate daily handling of requisitions and purchase orders under strategic agreements.
• Perform initial research and recommend new sources of supply (software/hardware vendors).
• Coordinates business-as-usual and ad hoc reports to improve service and/or reduce cost.
• Has solid analytical and communication skills and works under moderate supervision to take responsibility for small specific pieces of work within the team.
Requirements
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Experience in vendor management and procurement is preferred.
• Has solid analytical and communication skills and works under moderate supervision to take responsibility for small specific pieces of work within the team.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Minimum bachelor degree in business or computer science
• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage
• Knowledge in scripting language is an advantage
