Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We require those with excellent knowledge and experience of Business Set up Services within the UAE for this Operations & Client Executive role, based in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage all clients throughout their renewal process, offering up to the minute advice in terms of regulations and legal obligations and exceptional customer service.

The main function of the role is to enhance and further develop existing clients, offering a broad range of services to support their business for the future. Therefore, it is essential that you are a strong communicator across all levels of seniority and possess excellent sales and negotiate skills. Planning ahead to ensure a constant pipeline of business and revisiting expired clients via email, telephone or face to face meetings are all aspects of the role that you will be expected manage on a daily basis. Seeing the client through the entire renewal process and maintaining updated information via Zoho CRM, issuing invoices and coordinating payments with your clients, you will also engage with the internal Compliance, Finance and Account Management teams in this regard.

Requirements

To apply for this vacancy, it is essential that you have relevant experience of 3-5 years in a Business Set up environment. You will be accustomed to working in a target driven environment and possess strong communication skills in English, with Arabic fluency a distinct advantage.
