Operations Executive

• Receive and dispatch goods on a daily basis
• Handle and Make entries in inventory system – goods receipt note, goods delivery note, purchase return, sales return, liquidation, exchange plus any other inventory system work.
• Coordinating with Driver and 3rd party Logistics team
• Logistics booking on a daily basis
• Picking items from warehouse and packing into packages/cartons
• Receiving and Placing items in correct locations in the warehouse
• Any Warehouse / Operations related work
• Handling customer requests for return, exchange
• Stock Count on a periodic basis
• Update order status on website
• Note and monitor production date and expiry date of all relevant items
• Any admin related work
• Interact with customers on a regular basis
• Estimating goods movement and advising purchasing team on quantities
• Providing reports to management on a weekly basis
• Warehouse related paperwork

Salary:
AED 3,200 to 3,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Full time role
• Monday-Saturday 9am –630pm
• Based at our warehouse in Al Quoz 1 (opposite Al Khail Mall)
• Only Male Candidates
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role is required
• Should be able to join immediately
• Should be fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Should be based in the UAE
• Visa and Labour card will be provided after a short trial period
• Candidate must be willing to commit to a contract for 2 years as a minimum
• Prior certification/experience in handling food items is a plus
