Overview of the role:
- The purpose of the role is to oversee and manage various processes within our Electric Vehicle charging business and support sales support, customer journey, installation monitoring, stock management, procurement processes, product portfolio sourcing, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the electric vehicle sector and in particular the charging industry and help shape the future of sustainable transportation.

What you will do:
- Analyze the customer journey and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Provide sales teams with comprehensive product knowledge and support materials.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Assist and collaborate with sales teams to develop promotions.
- Assist and support finance teams with invoice creation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Monitor the installation process of Electric Vehicle charging stations (home, B2B and public), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with installation teams and stakeholders to resolve any installation-related issues.
- Conduct occasionally site visits to assess installation quality and provide feedback for improvement.
- Manage any customer issues post installation including warranty claims.
- Research and identify new Electric Vehicle charging products and technologies to enhance the company's product portfolio.
- Evaluate potential suppliers and conduct product comparisons to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to assist with product development strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to facilitate data visualization.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of Electric Vehicle charging equipment and accessories.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability of stock.
- Implement efficient stock control measures, including forecasting, demand planning, and optimization.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
- Streamline procurement processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills to be successful:
- Electric vehicle charging experience.
- Operations experience.
- Analytical skills.
- Procurement, inventory management and sales support experience.

About the Team:
- Reporting to the Electric Vehicle Charging Manager and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- 3 - 4 experience in a similar role, preferably within the electric vehicle charging or renewable energy industry.
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, products, and industry trends is preferred.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Highly structured, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management principles.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
