Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide the managing directors with regular updates, forecasts, sales strategy, business development and other regular reporting to enhance the performance and sales of the company.
- Independently handle the day-to-day operations of the company
- Provide business plan to the managing directors that could include; new products, additional geographies, marketing strategy, exhibition participations and ideas that could improve the internal processes
- Providing the required budgets to operate the ongoing business operations and incremental budget requests as part of expansion needs
- Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the import, pricing, sales and/or distribution of products.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with managing directors, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Determine staffing requirements and interview hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
- Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time, specifically the top clients and suppliers.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems, and provide such results to the managing directors
- Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
- Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the spending of money.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.
- Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization.

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years experience within the Beauty Sector
- Fluent in English
- Strong Management Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong ability to lead and coach the sales team members
- Sales Management: wholesale, negotiations, financial & management reporting (P&L, pricing, costs), logistics (Import & Export)
