Requirements
DESCRIPTION: Do you have 10-15 years experience in a similar role and are educated to degree level? We are looking for not one but two Operations Managers based at Head Office but with plenty of travel to outlets involved. You'll be passionate about motivating teams to deliver their KPIs across multiple departments and have superior knowledge of sales, marketing, planning, P&L management and communication with and between teams to help enable all employees to hit their targets. As a role model and ambassador for the Group, you'll be an outstanding communicator, born strategiser and driven to deliver real results.
