Operations Manager - Al Futtaim Retail - Food & Beverage - Dubai

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for all Food & Beverage operations within Al-Futtaim Retail Food & Beverage. You will be overseeing the day-to-day restaurant and food outlets business and additionally, focusing on the management team in order to develop and grow their business acumen.

You’ll also be accountable for positive P&L results, adherence to brand standards, develop strategic short-term and long-term business plans all while working closely with the Corporate Office and Brand principles to ensure customer experiences are great in all areas.

Requirements

In order to be a successful Operations Manager you must have a Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution in the field of restaurant management, hospitality management or equivalent, as well as 7 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry (retail, food & beverage and service).

You’ll also be able to read, analyse, and interpret general business documents or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions.

You must also be comfortable with travelling as significant travel will be required.
