Operations Manager - Financial / Asset Management
Salary: up to AED 33, 000 based on experience
Location: Dubai

• We are seeking a highly talented Operations Manager to join their team
• Role and Responsibilities
• Management of Holding companies having investments/shareholdings in other companies: management of funds in /out, either financing and /or dividends, prepare contracts and resolution
• Companies holding bank account for Asset Management purpose: prepare reports detailing performance, admin costs, etc…not involved in assets management
• Keeping company’s file, maintain/update data base with all company information (i.e. shareholdings, investments, financing, etc…) and all compliance matter (i.e. company profile, client profile, etc…)
Requirements
• Knowledge of Compliance matter and KYC
• Accuracy and confidentiality is essential
• Good knowledge of accounting for some companies need to prepare a quarterly B/S and P&L and audit every six months for some other once a year
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office software such as, excel, word, power point
• Experience in this field of activities is a prerequisite
• Experience gained in the UAE, dealing with banks and local authorities, will be an advantage
• Availability to travel
• Knowledge / experience on individual “relocation”
• Candidates with a client portfolio would be an advantage
