Job description / Role
My client is a leader in glass processing within the UAE.
They have a state of the art facility to deliver an increasing work load within the region and beyond. They have recently won a number of large scale projects and are now looking for an Operations Manager (Glass) with 15 years experience and Operational Management experience either within the UAE, UK, Europe, USA, ASIA etc. within the Glass Processing industry.
The company is well funded and well supported by a wider group which it supplies much of its product to. It also caters for a growing general market group of clients.
As Head of Operational Management the post holder will oversee: Sales, Procurement, Operations-Management, Project- Management, Design & Engineering, structural analysis, Quality management (QA/QC) of a leading glass processing operation in the United Arabian Emirates.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years experience in Glass processing field with an MBA with B.E in Mechanical or Electrical.
The chosen applicant will be heading and should have experience in Doug tempering, double glazing and lamination. Production capacity of 40,000 sq mt/month.
Applicants will be experienced, programmed and been responsible for running a double shift operation in the factory.
Candidates should be Arabic speaking.
