A thriving Food and Beverage company is looking for a really dynamic operations/project manager with lots of ideas and market knowledge to start thier next venture in Dubai.

Preffered Operational Background requirements:
• Food Trucks
• Coffee Shops
• Ice Cream/Frozen
• Project Management
• Independent Restaurants
• Product launch/Events

Salary:
GBP 60,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

We ideally are looking for candidates with the following expertise:
• Quality international experience.
• Team management
• Understand Marketing and social media communications.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Multi unit management.
• Launching and mobilising Franchise units.
• Knowledge with how to launch a concept.
• Directly involved with sales and Business development.
• Young, with a fresh and passionate approach to food and beverage.
• Experience with QSR type concepts is essential.
• Experience with concept development is essential.
• Similar working experience with franchise restaurants, coffee shops and foodtrucks.

We would expect you to provide references and also be based in Dubai Ideally, as you need to have excellent knowledge of Dubai and the Market.

Salary package offered is around 28,000 AED with some extra benefits available.
