Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee hospitality staff transportation and staff accommodation, transportation and travel function.
This role will directly support the General Manager to optimise processes and achieve future growth and success of this business function.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead the operational teams across staff accommodation, transportation and ticketing. You will also be client facing, ongoing relationship management with existing clients as well as supporting in negotiations for new contracts.
You will be responsible for the overall accommodation and fleet, from planning to maintenance, you will monitor an implement agreements with vendors and contractors.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be experienced in managing both staff accommodation and transportation, additional experience in travel/ticketing would be added value. Experience across multiple clients is preferred for this role. Due to the scope of the role you must hold a driving license.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance leading a culturally diverse team as well as be client facing as required. The core is someone who wants support their team to make sure they achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
