Charterhouse are working exclusively with a wonderful global professional services firm to recruit an Office/Operations Manager. The organisation has a great reputation that has been gained through the high quality of work they produce as well as the happy and comfortable environment that is promoted through the organisation’s strong focus on training, developing, and retaining their staff, this role is a replacement role for a long standing staff member and is a rare opportunity.

With the Middle East head office in Dubai, this role will be based in Dubai but will also have coverage across smaller offices in Abu Dhabi and KSA. A varied role that will cover responsibility for line management of support functions that include, Ops, Finance, IT and HR whilst also managing vendor relationships, leases, compliance and adhoc projects. Ideally the perfect individual will be an all-rounder with experience across varied areas.

This person will be a point of contract for all staff within the organisation, dealing with individuals at all levels, therefore it is key to be approachable, personable and comfortable with speaking to and passing feedback onto senior members of staff. The ideal person for this role will have previous experience within Professional Services, Legal or Audit where the business is a regulated professional environment and the highest standards are held.


To be considered for this role, you will have 6-10 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 2 years’ experience in the Middle East. Previous experience in HR, Operations preferably within Professional Services, Legal or a similar sector.

Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to handle diverse situations, create policies and processes as well as work closely with management to improve organisational performance. Strong verbal and written skills in English are essential.
