Job description / Role
Al Ain Finance Company, a newly established finance company in Abu Dhabi is seeking talented, experienced and high caliber candidates for the role of Operations Office, Receivable Finance.
Principal responsibilities
• Check invoices, credit notes, accompanying documents such as Bills of Lading, Inspection Certificate, proof of delivery.
• Check and authorize invoices and other transactions in the system
• Manage client/debtor relationships through regular contacts
• Closely follow up the quality of service provided to the clients/debtors
• Checks clients’ availability & approves financing requests in the system
• Provides information to the Head of Receivables Finance and other Departments (Sales / Credit etc.).
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of general banking experience with at least two years experience commercial banking / trade finance with preference for those with knowledge and experience in receivable finance / bills discounting / factoring
• Graduate with a minimum of Bachelor’s
• Detail conscious and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A good team player
• Excellent written and spoken English Language skills with preference for Arabic Speakers
