Operations Typist

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the comprehensive processing of all immigration transactions and applications through ERP and FZ portal.
• Process visa, medical, and Emirates ID typing applications for expatriates under various sponsor files.
• Update reports and sheets for processing and historical records.
• Type Freezone and ERP applications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and send wallet reports to the Finance team.
• Follow up on timelines and release visa applications accordingly.
• Coordinate with the concierge team for merging UID numbers.
• Collaborate with PROs for overdue applications.
• Manage and coordinate all activities related to company drivers and PROs.
• Organize transportation and PRO paperwork, including driver logs, medical checks, and Emirates ID biometrics schedules.
• Release Trading Licenses (TL) and Visas through ERP to clients.
• Extract monthly achievement reports and update client profiles/contacts on the CRM as required.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the OPS manager to achieve department/division objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Typist or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and immigration processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and additional languages is a plus
