Job description / Role
As a Fusion Procurement Specialist, your role is pivotal in managing and optimising the Oracle Fusion Procurement application within the Common Digital Platform (CDP). You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the system to streamline procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Description
* Lead or assist in implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement modules within the CDP, configuring the system to align with organisational procurement requirements.
* Analyse procurement workflows, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure seamless integration of Fusion Procurement with other CDP components and existing systems for smooth data flow and exchange.
* Provide end-user support, resolve queries, and conduct training sessions to maximise user proficiency in navigating and utilising the Fusion Procurement system.
* Oversee data integrity and security within Fusion Procurement, collaborating with data teams to maintain high-quality procurement data.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Relevant certifications in procurement or Oracle Fusion Procurement.
* 10 - 15 years of experience with proven expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement or similar procurement systems.
* Previous involvement in procurement process optimisation and system integration projects.
* Experience in procurement operations and supplier management.
* Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.
* Proficiency in configuring and customising Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for issue identification and solution proposal.
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
* Project management skills to oversee procurement-related initiatives within the CDP program.
* Must be an Arabic speaker.
