Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for management of the Oracle Time & Labour (OTL) module.
- Perform OTL induction and training of new employees
- Prepare weekly timecard status reports, which includes the following:
- Rejected timecard project exception report
- Timecard approval compliance report
- Location Overtime report
- Enter weekly timecards on behalf of personnel without Oracle access
- Process promptly timecards change requests
- Follow-up on weekly basis for missing timesheets. Gather data on personnel who repeatedly are delayed in timesheet submission and advise Operations on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with HR for new personnel with no HR records, and coordinate with these employees for submission of manual weekly timesheets. Provide relevant stakeholders with a copy of the manual timesheets.
- Perform timesheet reconciliation for both normal and overtime work
- Respond promptly to timecard related queries
- Provide timely guidance for timesheet booking during public holidays & Ramadan

Requirements

Job Specific Skills
- Knowledge and experience of timesheet related systems would be preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be versatile in Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to conduct orientations & inductions for large group of personnel.

Education
Bachelors in commerce, IT or Accounting
4 years relevant working experience
