Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist with valid Doh license or eligibility to join our reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities to help patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. As an Orthodontist, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional orthodontic care.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities such as malocclusions, misalignments, and overcrowded teeth.
- Developing comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients.
- Utilizing a variety of orthodontic techniques and appliances such as braces, aligners, and retainers to correct dental abnormalities.
- Monitoring the progress of orthodontic treatment and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
- Educating patients about proper oral hygiene practices and providing guidance on caring for orthodontic appliances.
- Collaborating with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment for patients requiring multidisciplinary care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques.

Salary:
AED 20000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
- Valid Doh license to practice as an Orthodontist in the UAE.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of orthodontic cases, from simple to complex.
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain treatment options and procedures clearly to patients.
- Commitment to staying abreast of advancements in orthodontic research and technology.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
