Job description / Role
Position Description:
We are looking for a sales associate who continuously update their knowledge of the company products, services and polices. They will meet with customers to explain and make clients understand the product. They will be the key point of contact for clients and introducing new products. In order to meet the goal of the product, they will be working with specialists, engineers or marketing people.
Work will be for Mobile app marketing, and main responsibilities will be:
• Engages customers in explaining product benefits and features.
• Visit companies and introduce them to the Mobile app.
• Convince the companies to register on the Mobile app and add their products
• Displays confidence, concern, and creativity while handling customer service issues and complaints.
• Provides timely and organized follow-up through various methods of communication including face to face, email, telephone, live chat.
• Understands the sales process and how to move customer from initial inquiry to closure.
• Up-sell customers to enhance their product experience.
• They will determine the client’s business requirements.
• Answering technical questions the client might have.
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
• Organizing field or sale visits.
• Give product guidance and assist in day to day operations.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
Requirements
Requirements:
• 3 + years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Speaking Arabic and have good knowledge of UAE.
• Have access and knowledge of garage locations
• Strong Technical Skills.
• Amazing communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and targets.
• Proven experience as Outdoor Sales Representative or relevant role.
• He must have experience in Vehicles spare parts
• Must have a UAE driver’s license & Own reliable vehicle
Employment Status:
• Temporary- Contract for 3 months and extendable for 3 months
• To be provided with labor permit
