Outdoor Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the marine industry, specifically in boat and yacht accessories and safety equipment’s along with experience in the fishing industry, more specifically fishing equipment's and a proven track record in outdoor sales. This role offers the opportunity to represent our company's products and services to potential clients in the marine and fishing industry, and to contribute to the growth and success of our business in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services in the marine and fishing industry.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the marine and fishing industry, including boat manufacturers, local shops, marinas, and other relevant businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors' offerings to identify new opportunities and threats.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an outdoor sales representative in the marine and fishing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sound understanding of the marine and fishing industry, including knowledge of boats, yachts, marine equipment accessories, fishing equipment and related services.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and a valid UAE driving license is required.
