Position Title: Outlet Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11, 800 AED all inclusive depending on qualification and experiences plus duty meals, annual airline ticket and benefits as per UAE Labor Law
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role:
- Manages all aspects of a specific Outlet(s) within the F&B department including the selection, development and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales.
- Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manages all operational issues ensuring Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan
- Develops, maintains & actively uses a database of customer details/ history and other strategies that assist in guest recognition.
- Maintains and promotes resort and company policies, procedures, standards
- Prepares the Food and Beverage marketing plan
- Assists F&B Management in menu planning and menu rotation

Requirements

Requirements:
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
- Open to European and Asian nationals
- Diploma or any related certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, preferably from a Japanese or Steakhouse restaurant
- Must have a wide knowledge in steaks and wines
- Candidate with bar experience is an added advantage
- Presentable and with excellent communication skills
- English language fluency is a must
- Candidates on visit visa and cancelled visa will be prioritized
