Job description / Role
Mark Williams Technology team have the pleasure of working with a European based IT Solutions integration provider who have offices in Dubai to help recruit a Systems Manager with Europe experience and UAE experience within an Outsourcing Solution provider
Role:
• Planning and documenting regular meetings with professional services clients to discuss ongoing work, service performance and new solutions/technologies that will benefit the client’s business
• Engage with business management to identify their requirements.
• Liaising with business clients daily, to meet their IT requirements
• Advising clients on new technologies that would complement their business
• Supporting business clients with day to day IT issues
• Preparing proposals for new projects/clients
• Implementing larger IT projects including Server upgrades, business merges, office moves, PC roll outs etc
• Assisting the service desk team with support calls
• Assisting 2 junior staff with their support tickets
• Working as a team player to meet with all our clients’ expectations and needs
• Completing information on incident/tickets that were solved personally and close ticket in ticket system
Requirements
Requirements:
• Excellent English – Spoken / written- preference given to native English speakers
• European and UAE experience
• MCITP / MCSA – Essential Microsoft expertise
• 5 Years’ experience in a similar Outsource provider in the UAE and Europe (will not consider less than a few years in the UAE IT Outsourced solutions market)
• SharePoint/ Exchange/ Security qualifications- Desirable
• Outsource company experience is essential
