Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a small business operating in the legal sector specializing in corporate services such as Business Set Up, Bank Account and Accountancy outsourcing as well as assisting medical professionals obtain their DHA license.

The Managing Director is looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with her on a variety of tasks:

* Administration and PA work for the MD
* Accounting for the company as well as offering accountancy services to their clients
* Business Set Up for new clients
* Lead generation and prospecting for new clients

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission, health insurance, air ticket

Requirements

* Must have accounting experience, ideally being a Chartered Accountant
* Must have experience filing VAT submissions and understand the corporate tax regulations
* Must have the confidence to liaise with all the DHA and DED authorities
* Experience of setting up a company would be highly regarded but is not essential
* This is a small company so the ideal candidate must be highly flexible and ready to do whatever is needed for the clients
* You must be a strong team player able to work independently and reliably
* Working from home and in meeting rooms around the Downtown area will be commonplace
* Arabic language skills would be an advantage but are not a prerequisite

This is a role for someone with personality, energy and enthusiasm and the MD is looking to employ someone who really believes in her business and is ready to grow with the company. Someone who can challenge decisions and recommend better alterative solutions.
