PA For Private Family

Job description / Role

A Dubai based private family are looking for Personal assistant for their 12 years old son, candidates must have a good coaching experience and a vast knowledge in super gifted teens behavioral experience.

- Plan and direct all daily program activities.
- Maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries and awareness in regards to the family.
- Consistently role model appropriate behaviour, emotions, and communication skills, i.e., anger management, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
- Utilize agency policies when responding to emergencies.
- Participate in in-house orientation and training sessions to increase professional ability.
- Demonstrate a high degree of skill in communication and positive interaction with all the house employees, prospective employees.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Conducting internet research if required.

Requirements

- Acceptance of a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural, and spiritual practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science or high school education with at least two years combination of experience and training working with children, youth, and families in residential/home.
- Ability to maintain awareness of culturally relevant issues while interaction with clients, families, co- workers.
- Ability to work within a strengths-based model.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain customer and employee confidentiality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform verbal de-escalation and physical intervention restraints.
