Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Acting as the point of contact between CEO, clients, and suppliers, which includes screening and directing email, phone calls, and distribute correspondence.
• Organizing and maintaining schedule, managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda of CEO, arranging new meetings and appointments and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings
• Make travel arrangements
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Carrying out specific projects and research
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system, updating contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Responsible for accounts and budgets, basic administrative assignments and CEO Expenses prospects.

Requirements

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• English mother tongue
• Proven work experience as a PA or administrative assistant
• Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
• Integrity and professionalism
• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
• High school or University diploma
