PA / Project Coordinator / Secretary to Managing Director - Global Market Leader 6 month contract
eMagine Solutions have been retained by a global Multinational giant who have a 6 month contract to permanent opportunity for an executive live PA (Personal Assistant) to support the MD. The MD already has a PA/ Secretary so this is to add a support element and to focus on project coordination. The company is happy to sponsor a residence visa and due to the size of the company (30,000+ employees) they are also able to offer future opportunities so this could be a good foot in the door for someone.
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Organising meetings, including room booking and catering
• Managing executive members' diaries
• Dealing with correspondence, prioritising and responding to emails as required including multiple inbox management
• Dealing with correspondence and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and various reports
• Support organising and carrying out new starters induction / onboarding
• Other administrative duties as required
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• TPRM and other compliance processes as well as project coordination so any
• Attending meeting, taking notes, producing actions plans and coordinating action plans responses
