Job Description
- Analyzing legal issues and preparing written and oral responses to them.
- Reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Auditing circulars and university incoming and outgoing letters regarding any legal affairs.

Requirements

- Preparing legal memorandums and legal opinions about cases and their appeals on the behalf of the university at the state courts
- Preparing and reviewing draft resolutions issued by the University Chancellor.
- Participating in committees in charge of preparing, reviewing and updating university laws and policies.
- Supervising the collection and organization of regulations, decisions and instructions related to university operations, studying them, and making suggestions on how to improve them
- Participating in Student Disciplinary Board meetings
