Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role is for a Large Group in the UAE.

• Providing administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining office records.
• Draft client contracts and submit to staff for review.
• Perform legal analysis and research on a range of subjects, such as statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Provide support in the preparation and evaluation of legal documents, including POAs, contracts, NDAs, and other legal correspondence.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations .
• Ensure accurate and current information and documents by maintaining and updating the legal management system.
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information or schedule appointments.
• Help with the arrangement of trial materials, such as witness lists and exhibits.
• To improve the efficiency of the legal department's operations, create and implement effective workflows and procedures.
• File legal documents and correspondence daily.
• Proofread correspondence, marketing materials and other written content.
• Ensure record and privacy requirements are followed.

Requirements

• With a Bachelor’s degree in any related studies with Law.
• Proficiency with technology and implementation
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• With at least 2-3 years of significant legal experience in a law firm/company.
• Efficient oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual - Arabic/English
