Job description / Role
• Assisting the Head of Legal Department.
• Drafting and reviewing Contracts and Agreements relating to construction and real estate industry.
• Liaising with external lawyers in litigation and arbitration matters.
• Drafting and preparing synopsis of all legal cases.
• Assisting in litigation procedures and maintaining case files.
• Monitoring all litigation matters filed by or against the Company in Dubai Courts and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
• Prepare spreadsheets, review and verify the invoices received from external legal representatives.
• To prepare legal notices related to recovery from Property Buyers.
• To meet and brief Advocates, Lawyers relating to cases filed by or against the Company.
Requirements
• You should have a minimum of three to four years experience in a legal / law firm or corporate law based roles in an organisation.
• You need to be a UAE national.
• A Law degree is preferred.
