Job Description:
- Lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new partnerships/sponsorships, generate new business leads as well as account management
- Develop and implement partnerships strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the agency across all services they offer
- Manage all aspects of partnership growth: prioritization of strategic and financial assessment and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partnership management
- Coach and mentor Partnerships Executives within the Business Development Team on engagement and development strategies that maximize relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals and tenders in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male, 40 y/o and below
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years’ experience in business development, partnership, and sponsorship experience; experience in Digital Marketing / Social media company is a must
- Prior industry related experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital, Video Production, Social and Mass Media Marketing is a must
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
