Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.The purpose of this role is the continual monitoring of parts operations from a process, facility, inventory, storage and financial health platform. Ensure maximization of parts sales to dealers, retail customer that is aimed at maximizing profit and ensuring excellent customer service.

The key accountabilities of the position include:

Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, commercial and wholesale environment in line with Just In Time inventory levels and maximum fill rate.
Ensure the establishing of a vast customer base to generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining excellent customer loyalty.
Implement all distributor recommended operational, marketing and financial advancement programs to ensure corporate vitality and safe working environment.
Implement and monitor all sales representatives' performance to ensure the maximization of all profits.
Ensure the adherence to Customer Relations Management and customer database management to ensure accurate prospecting and net sales maximization.
Implementation of new systems and ideas to ensure faster, accurate on on-time distribution of parts to all customers.
Ensure active staff and employee engagement

Requirements

The suitable candidate will have the following qualification, skills and experience:

Diploma or Degree in: Logistics Management / Business Management
Minimum Experience: 5-7 Year automotive (Aftersales) Parts

Job-Specific Skills:
Ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilize skills appropriately
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards
Ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment
Ability to maintain strong administration skills
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform their job.
