Overview of the Role:

Are you a driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? We're seeking a Spare Parts Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving incremental sales with existing customers while also developing new business opportunities within the assigned area. Your role will involve building strong relationships, offering value-added solutions, and leveraging technical knowledge to meet sales targets.

What You Will Do:
- Achieve parts sales and profitability targets by selling aftermarket products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and communications, ensuring excellent customer experience and resolving complaints promptly.
- Update customer databases and identify new business opportunities in the market.
- Analyze and manage parts business potential and penetration for assigned customers.
- Gather and report market intelligence in the aftermarket sector.
- Ensure monthly overdue payments from customers are within agreed targets.
- Gather customer feedback on dealer and truck performance.

Required Skills to Be Successful:
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships.
- Strong sales skills including the ability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Commercial attitude and understanding of business dynamics.
- Ability to professionally engage with customers at various levels, from middle management to senior executives.
- Proficient in self-planning and time management.
- Presentable and capable of effectively promoting the company.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
