Position Title: Pastry Chef

Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal

About the Client:
An upscale café and restaurant in Al Ain.
Job Description:
• Create and refine pastry menus inspired by Japanese flavors and techniques, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Oversee the production of pastries, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation aesthetics.
• Execute traditional baking techniques, including dough preparation, shaping, and decorating, to craft visually stunning and delicious pastries.
• Implement strict quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of taste, texture, and freshness in pastries.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate pastry production, fulfill customer orders, and enhance the café's overall dining experience
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: accommodation, transportation, and duty meal
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
• Can make Japanese inspired pastry items or desserts
