Job description / Role
• Candidates should be capable to prepare and produce all pastry, desserts and sweets alongside with bakery products.
• Decorate pastries to ensure a high standard presentation.
• Check quality of raw materials and condition of kitchen equipment/devices.
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standard.
• Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently.
• Min 3- 5 years’ experience as Pastry Chef and Baker.
• Advanced knowledge of pastries, desserts and bakery products, sanitation and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm and team working spirit.
• Skills in chocolate process and fine pastries.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• High organizing skills.
• English language knowledge, ability to speak and wright.
• Culinary diploma will be considered as an advantage.
