Position Title: Commis – Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based central kitchen supporting multiple outlets and café’s

Job Description:
• Prepare ingredients and assist with the pre-cooking preparation such as baking, setting up the assigned section, create and design pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods, such as pies, doughnuts, cookies, and croissants according to the guidelines set by head chef.
• Ensure that the food is cooked to the desired quality and consistency as per assigned section standard.
• Follow the recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided by the chef which include measurements, cooking times, and temperature settings to ensure consistent results.
• Involved in plating and garnishing, arranging food on plates, and ensuring proper portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in their designated workstation.

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year of experience in similar role.
• Knowledge in SOPs and Food safety handling of FnB
