Employment: Full Time

• Prepare quality pastry items as per the outlined recipes and HACCP standards.
• Ensure the efficient operation of such food production in pastry section in charge of by the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie.
• Ensure safe, quality food products and complete guest satisfaction.
• Responsible to maintain all standards set by the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie
• Maintain the highest food quality and controls for all food products Served in all areas, accordingly.

Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 38 years old and below
• At least a high school graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry section
• Must have a basic food handling (BFH) certificate
• Must have a basic knowledge of pastry and baking and knowledgeable in cooking methods, knife handling and cooking processes
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
