Job description / Role
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The job holder will be responsible for providing support to the Line Manager for in all daily payroll activities
DO - Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll closure from end to end for Office as well as territory (Stores).
2. Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
3. Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports.
4. Ensuring Compliance and Accuracy in Monthly Payroll
5. Overall responsibility of handling Incentives
6. Performance Management System
Experience:
